I knew I was in for a root canal before I went on Friday. Once I got there they were super nice and reassuring it wouldn’t be that bad. I am petrified of going to the dentist, but now I feel more confident in going again. First time there and they asked me every step of the way how I was doing. Made me feel so at ease. Before we started they laid out all the financials. There were no surprises. After the numbing agent they were very attentive and made sure I was ready. And once I was they performed the operation quickly and effectively. 0 pain. Afterwards I felt like a new man. Sure I have some discomfort from having my mouth open for the procedure but the relief I feel is incredible. No pain in the tooth that made me almost cry the night before. Just a slightly soar jaw as expected. I would highly recommend going here. Dr. Chen, Toni, Jimena, and keilah are absolutely the best dentist’s I’ve been to and that means a lot because my previous dentist was a family friend. My fear of the dentist has dropped dramatically because of them. ALSO! I came in day of asking to set an appointment and they were able to make it happen right then and there. 100% best practice in my opinion. I need to add that I came in for 1 thing and 1 thing only and they didn’t try to sell me on anything or set up anything extra. They just went right after what I had going on and that’s it.
